Cyborg

Zoinks, and I thought I would have another week to think about it.

How about...Cyborg.

I actually was surprised that this topic or robot hadn't come up yet...Thomas.

Tattoos

Here are a couple of Japanese-inspired tribal tattoos. I'm still debating whether or not I'm going to taint my virgin shoulders with them.

Green Dragon

Hey Folks!

First post... It's a pleasure to share virtual space with such amazing artists as yourselves.

Who Said Police Work is Exciting?

Special thanks and in no particular order to the guys that made a special ASS meeting for my Austin trip last weekend: Jason, Kennon and Kevin! Here is the dragon contribution I (almost) finished Saturday. We also jammed on another surprise piece that Kevin will post later! Miss Anne was also there to soak it all up and work on some logos. Too bad we forgot to take some photos.

Dragon feep

Since a couple of people requested a dragon feep, I figured I'd see what I had in my photo folders. This one's relatively recent, from late last year. (There is, of course, also THE dragon feep, but I wanted to post something more recent and a little less labor-intensive.)

Hello, dear.

Contrary to popular belief, this is a sketch. That took a handful of hours. And constant breaks. Cough, cough.
I should have some mo' contributions to this subject once I return from my trip to Seattle. I imagine I would need some method of entertainment on the plane ride.. aside from relentlessly kicking the seat in front of me. Or poking my eye with a sharp, pointy thing.

But anyway, this guy's theme song is 'Reign I Forever' by Blood Axis. Pretty MIGHTY. Burp.

The Great Sea Dragon

It is EXTREMELY important that you not cut bait or otherwise handle raw fish before seeking the blessing of the Great Sea Dragon. "That WAS a tasty snack. Now, where was that human who was trying to seek my blessing? Hmm. I should probably go get my glasses."

Dragon for the week

Ok here are links to the two other dragons, first one is the cute one second is the guy breathing fire.
Cute Dragon
Fire breather

Damn, I drew 3 different ideas for the dragon, this was the last and I think better out of them. First one was this cutsie freckled dragon thingie. yeah... No mechanical parts. No half nekkid, neon colored babes with dragon tattoos/piercings/etc... Then after that I drew this weird guy who was blowing fire out of his mouth and burning some kind of zombie thing. Not a bad pic, but not cool enough for me damnit. And finally I did this. Idea came about from thinking of this crazy magic lady who could summon forms and demons via her magic cigarettes. Something like that. But yesh... here ya go.

Dragons, yo

How about them Dragons? Let's see them! Snarly, happy, fat, skinny, mighty, skimpy, or just generic. Dragons are hella sweet.

[ and sorry, Adam, but your lady-with-dragon-tattoo doesn't count. wakka wakka wakka. ]

Man, I sure wish that I had a wonky rack like that, or could bend my legs in opposite directions. I'd bring all them boys to the yard. Yup.
I really need to go to sleep now.

RollerGirl-A-GoGo

RollerGirl-a-GoGo

Wouldn't it be fun if we crossed Roller Derby with Burlesque?
This also my tattoo entry. Yeah, I know. I'm clever.

Welp here ya go... My roller girl damnit

In the future, a cut into the fabric of reality due to humanity tampering with a time machine brought forth the corrupted forces of Dimension 9. The Roller Girlz are the police force of the left over remains of humanity. Ms. Death is what you see here. She is one of the original girlz and the rumor is she is part corrupted. And there is some other stuff, but damnit I need to work on some animation.

ROLLERGIRLS

Anything to do with Roller Derby Girls. Joe will have a leg up since he's working on a poster and was already sketching last week but we can all have a lot of fun with the girls of the Roller Derby.

Shao Fang...

Shao Fang

Shao Fang was an infamous mystic warrior who's life was believed to have spanned the Yuan Dynasty and most of the Ming Dynasty, an amazing period of over 300 years. His longevity, unparalleled magical powers and immense stature (he was almost 8 feet tall) have been attributed to the belief that his mother conceived him after being raped by an Arabian Djinni.

Sorry this is a little late. I was in Chicago all week and didn't have access to a scanner.

godliness and bird crap

Tat'Thu- The ever-elusive figure known as Tat'Thu (pronounced tatt-too) is, at best, entirely androgynous and horribly withdrawn to its own means of a nomadic lifestyle and communication, more appropriately, the strange behavior that it embarks with avian breeds. A curious creature, unidentified as human or otherwise, wanders listlessly in tattered robes and dons an elaborate and eclectic headdress, conducting various mimicry of bird calls. Some scholars and metaphysical scientists argue that Tat'Thu is a reincarnated God that lines the margins of archaic religions, although most would simply consider it to be nothing but a lost lunatic with nothing better to do. Regardless, no one can dispute the strange being - with its elongated fingers and unearthly kinship with birds - and so, it is it is: a marvelous enigma.
..it is also a lazy sketch. BUCK-KAW!
