Howdy folks! If any of you happen to be in the Chicago area, I have an art show opening in Pilson this Friday night. It's my first headliner show in the windy city, and I'm pretty darn excited about it. Come by and say "Hi". I'd love to see you!

TIki Madness!

If any of you folks out there are in the Chicago area this weekend, I'll have a piece in DVA Gallery's third annual tiki show. The opening party is this Saturday, June 23rd from 4pm-11pm. It should be a good time. There have been rumors of Polynesian dancers, tiki beverages and Polynesian food. I'll be there for the party. Come check it out and say hi!

*UPDATE*- The opening went really well. It was a lot of fun. Also, I just got an e-mail letting me know that my painting sold! Woohoo!

CAPE this Saturday

Just wanted to remind everyone that CAPE (Comics and Pop-Culture Expo) is this Saturday, May 5, and Thomas (a.k.a. Goatboy) and I will be out there selling our art to the unsuspecting Free Comic Book Day masses. There's no admission charge for CAPE, so stop by any time (as long as it's between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm) if you're going to be in the Dallas area. It takes place in the parking lot of Zeus Comics - follow the link up there for specific directions.
