This was my dog Nick. I had to have him put to sleep a few years ago. It about killed me. I still miss him. He was quite possibly the most awesome dog ever. We think he was part lab, part whippet. A rugby buddy of mine found him on the side of the highway in Alabama as a puppy and gave him to me a couple of years later when he moved to England to play rugby there. Taking that dog was one of the best things I've ever done. I miss you buddy.

He will unleash the Merciless Space Ape upon the Universe! Little does he know that the Space Ape really just wants to sit at home, read a good book, and get caught up on the last 1,000 years of movies. Maybe do some grilling. Have some friends over.

well, i hope that we all had a great summer! i know it wasn't long enough for me but, hey thats what happens when you grow up right?

so welcome back to the blog. we will be changing a few things up over the next few weeks. some great things to come.

as for the first topic of the new season: seeing as we are returning from a "short commercial break" and i have always loved cereal commercials lets see your box design, character design, or any other ad-type ideas for your favorite kids cereal. it can be one of your faves from back in the day, a new one that your kids love, or makeup your own cereal!

Art for the week

Looks like the blog is going to take a hiatus for a few weeks, that way everyone who is a part of it can get caught up with their own work and we can come back at this like a bunch of art badass super pirates.
